Locations
Create a new location
In the shops section managers can create a new shop belonging to a specific chain by clicking on ‘+ New shop’ in the upper right corner. Click ‘Look up address’ to aquatically get the map coordinates for the locations or select the location directly in the map.
Edit an existing location
If you click on the line on the location the map above will show the location on a map. Managers can edit an existing location by clicking on the green pencil icon to the right. From here you can update chain, name, customer number, description, address, map coordinates and more.
Disable a location
If a manager ticks off the ‘Active’ check box the location is closed for new submissions, but all history is kept for viewing and reporting.
Remove a location
If you want to completely delete a location, just click on the trash bin icon on the right. All connections to the location will be lost on the submissions, but the submissions are kept without the metadata of the location.
Create new chain
If a manager wants to create a new chain, click on settings in the bottom of the menu that says ‘Chain’. Just add a new chain by clicking the button ‘+ New chain’ in upper right corner.
Edit an existing chain
Managers can edit an existing chains name by clicking the green pencil icon to the right.
Disable a chain
If you want to “close” a chain a manager can deactivate it for new submissions by ticking off the ‘Active’ button. The chain can be reactivated later.
Delete a chain
Managers can delete a chain by clicking the trash bin icon to right in the chain overview. Note that all shops in the same location also will be deleted in the same operation.
Multiple new locations
If you want to import a larger number (from 10 to 20 000) contact Znapio and we will prepare an import them for you.
Updating multiple locations
Things are always changing. Shops closes, shops belong to a new chain, new user responsible, new customer IDs and more. We have a lot of experience in updating multiple locations. Just contact us and we will be at your assonance.
