Reporting
Using filter
The filter is available in the different submissions view. Use it to filter with extreme accuracy between or multiple parameters. A good tip is to use the button in the lower left corner to clear the filter if you want to start from scratch.
Sort by..
When adding different criteria in the filter the default sorting is last submissions. However, it is also possible to sort by:
· First submitted
· Most likes
· Most comments
· Most pictures
Sorting by e.g., most likes will show you the most interesting submissions. This sorting can be useful if running a competition among users whom submits the picture that get most likes in a defined period.
Free search
In the main header you can use the free search. This search is indexing everything we can find and it normal very powerful to locate specific submissions very fast. Try e.g., by searching for a user or a location.
ZIP download
In the different submissions view (thumbnail, list, map and dashboard) you can download the original images as ZIP-file by clicking the pice chart icon in the upper right corner and select ‘Download all pictures (ZIP)’. The ZIP download is limited to 200 submissions.
Export to PowerPoint
In the different submissions view (thumbnail, list, map and dashboard) you can export the images to a PowerPoint file as by clicking the pice chart icon in the upper right corner and select ‘Image report (PowerPoint)’. The image report is limited to 200 submissions.
Raw Data Report
In the different submissions view (thumbnail, list, map and dashboard) you can export the images to an Excel file by clicking the pice chart icon in the upper right corner and select ‘Raw date report (Excel)’. This report can handle 30 000+ submissons.
