Share submissions via Outbox

Select the submissions in thumbnail view to add pictures in selected submissions to Outbox. It is also possible to select all in the view by clicking checkbox here.

Click on the arrow to move selected to Outbox. From the Outbox you will see all pictures in the selected submissions. This means the number in the Oubox may be higher than the selected submissions. It is possible to navigate around an add more pictures in the Outbox. It is also possible to remove pictures by clicking the x in the corner. When an Outbox is shared the link will remain valid for 150 days and then die automatically.

Share pictures via email

You can send the Outbox via email to one or more email recipients – internal users or external. The users will not see the others that got the email if more than one.

Share submissions via link

If you prefer you can also generate a link/url that gives access to the submissions in the Outbox. This link can be shared via any desired digital communication platform (mail, Slack, Yammer, intranet, SMS, Messenger, Facebook, Snap etc)

Share submissions to Yammer/Facebook

It is possible to integrate you Znapio-account to Yammer and Facebook. This requires that the Yammer account (on company level) is open for third party connections. Contact the Znapio team if you want to know more about this feature and how it works.

Slideshow

In the different submissions view (thumbnail, list, map and dashboard) you can start a slideshow by clicking the play arrow icon in the upper right corner. It is also possible to maximize this view to full screen mode. Remember if you share your window in a meeting the other will not see the full screen view. If tou want to do that you need to share the whole screen.

Download original picture

In the submissions detail’s view click on the picture and it will open in a new tab. From there you can save the original image with the highest available resolution.

Exporting all locations

If you want an export of all existing locations in your Znapio account, contact Znapio team and they will export it for you and send it back as a CSV or Excel file.
