Projects

Create a new project

In the section Projects managers can create new projects by clicking ‘+ New project’ in the upper right corner. When setting up the project you customize:

· Basic info (project name and tag)

· Status and duration (project status, project start and project ends)

· Instructions (description, links, attachments and notifications)

· Project shops (project shops source)

· Project target (when project is completed)

Clone a project

If you have a new project that is close to similar to an old one you can start creating a new project by clicking the clone icon to the right of the existing project.

Edit a project

You can edit a project by clicking ‘Edit project’ to the right of the desired project. Note that if you want to edit project shops you will need to either clone the project or create a new project.

Delete a project

You can delete a project by clicking the trash bin to the right of the desired project.

Set a project inactive

You can set a project inactive by clicking edit project, go to ‘Status and duration’ and select project status to ‘Inactive’.

Archive a project

You can set a project to archived by clicking edit project, go to ‘Status and duration’ and select project status to ‘Archived.

Notify responsible users

Click on the status bar of the project and you will get the project details. Here you can click the orange button ‘Notify shop responsibles’ to notify all or the bell to the left of the shop responsible on each shop. The users wil get (one) notification in the app and via email.

Click on the status bar of the project and you will get the project details. Here you can see status for all project shops, filter, notify responsible users and more

Project report

In the project status page there is an icon in the upper right corner (to the left of ‘+ New project’ button). This will generate a nice Excel document of the specific project.

Project overview report

In the project overview page there is an icon in the upper right corner (to the left of ‘+ New project’ button). This will an overview report of all projects in a nice Excel document.
